深夜帯のチェックインでしたが、丁寧に対応していただきました。鳥をイメージしたホテルだと認識しています。鳥がホテル內にたくさんいて鑑賞ができました。 可愛いかったですよ。 部屋は清潔感があり、広かったです。アメニティーも揃っていました。ランドリーサービスも利用できそうです。 水がポットジャグジータイプでした。飲めます！ 神経質な方は、コンビニで購入した方がいいです。 冷蔵庫はありましたが、壊れていて使えませんでした。 點検は毎回掃除の時にでもした方がいいです。 食事は、レストランを利用しました。ごはんは美味しかったので、また行きたいと思います！ 朝食付きにしとけば良かったなあと思いました。 心地よくステイできました。

The hotel is not clean at all. The bathroom smells, visible mould there, the air conditioning is super strong even if it is on low mode. Breakfast is below average.

The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. The hotel is kid friendly, close to a lot of good food. But if you're in jakarta and wants to go the city centre it is quite far.

Perfect for a 2 night stay. Breakfast spread was good and the location is also strategic to move around Bintaro. It was a nice gesture to have a speciality coffee as the complementary Drip Coffee in the room. I hope the hotel also sells it - as a tourist, I'll definitely buy some to bring a piece of Indonesia home

I really enjoyed my stay here. I had business to take care of while in Jakarta and this Hotel was only ten minutes away. They have 24 hour room service and a delicious menu, which was great because I was up at odd times dealing with jet lag. There is also a grocery store next door. The staff are very kind and the room was very clean.

a very convenient hotel with so many activities to do like feeding birds and rabbits, swimming and strolling around (the area is pretty big) in such a green environment. keep up the excellent service.
